The Account Supervisor serves as a primary contact to the client and would be working on paid search channels within the account . A deep understanding of paid search and the expertise in managing of paid search accounts is required.  This position also works with senior team members within the agency to develop strategic recommendations on behalf of the client. This person serves as a mentor to junior level members of the team.


- Coordinates the planning and execution of interactive direct marketing programs for specified clients in accordance with client’s objectives and budgets
- Consults with media, creative, account management and others when appropriate to develop strategic solutions to clients objectives
- Monitors day-to-day progress of paid search campaigns to make sure that deadlines are met and to respond to team counterparts problems and questions
- Responsible for the quality of work produced by the agency to include not only account service but all staff departments
- Writes creative work plans for review by his/her supervisor and the Creative Director
- Supervises an Assistant A.E./Account Coordinator/Account Executive where appropriate
- Shows skills as an excellent presenter, a clear and organized writer and a strategic thinker
- Performs analysis of client’s campaigns and crafts recommendations based on analysis
- Acquires knowledge of the client’s business and customer so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated
- Initiates new strategic projects based on his/her interpretation of client’s needs


- College Degree
- Minimum 5+ years Marketing experience, Agency experience preferred
- Paid Search experience required
- Interactive and traditional Direct Marketing experience required
- Strong Initiative
- Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
