Comprised of 150 people on 5 focused teams (BKV, media +CRM; DRUM, digital strategy and development; Hiccup, content marketing; Resonant Analytics, analytics; & UMarketing, direct + research) across the US, u.a operates as the strategic consultant that brings the different disciplines together into one unified marketing strategy that delivers results. This position is for unified.agency and could be based out of either New York or Chicago.



The Account Supervisor is responsible for all activities on several major accounts. This role includes being the key point of contact and strategic leader of client relationships, as well as managing and mentoring junior team members. 

The Account Supervisor will demonstrate leadership not only in managing her/his accounts, but in other actions that strengthen and grow the agency and support the culture.  These can include managing new business opportunities, actively serving on a task force, and leading new agency initiatives.


- Responsible for agency performance, profitability and the health of the client/agency relationship on several major accounts
- Has demonstrated leadership in managing a cross-departmental team, and earned the respect of all team members
- Anticipates and acts on marketing and advertising problems, and as a strategist, drives new initiatives to further his/her clients’ goals
- Consults with Chief Client Officer on the overall agency manpower needed to run his/her accounts efficiently and effectively
- Manages profitability of her/his accounts to achieve annual account goals and contribute to overall agency goals
- Supervises cross departmental team(s) to ensure tight quality control on all agency output.
- Supervises the development and training of account management staff
- Possesses strong strategic experience across multiple channels, including emerging media.
- Actively involved with developing new business both within and outside his/her accounts


- In-depth knowledge of the advertising/digital/content marketing business  
- 4+ years advertising
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience(prefer to have account management experience)
- Working knowledge of social media and analytics software(Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to solve problems and to think strategically
- Social media, content strategy experience a plus
- Strong Initiative/Entrepreneurial skills
- Collaborative, team player
- Calm demeanor, positive outlook, ability to inspire team members and clients
- Potential to develop into a senior leadership role
