Comprised of 150 people on 5 focused teams (BKV, media +CRM; DRUM, digital strategy and development; Hiccup, content marketing; Resonant Analytics, analytics; & UMarketing, direct + research) across the US, u.a operates as the strategic consultant that brings the different disciplines together into one unified marketing strategy that delivers results. This position is for BKV in Atlanta, GA.

 

The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to computer customers needing assistance with account administration (Password resets and account unlocks), distribution of software, hardware and software troubleshooting, and service / support request entries via Help desk tracking system.

 

This particular associate position is a full-time role, the work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.  

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

- Communicate with end users to provide customized solutions utilizing company standard software products and services.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Monitor ticket queues and provide service or escalation as necessary
- Ability to, on occasion, lift up to 50 pounds
- Collects the necessary documents and information for appropriate escalation.
 

Qualifications

- College Degree
- Apple OS is a plus
- Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office, and remote support
- Troubleshooting skills required
- Strong initiative and leadership abilities
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills/strategic skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
